Here is the FCA’s announcement, and here is one from Intercontinental Exchange Inc., which actually administers Libor. And here are two announcements—“LIBOR Cessation and the Impact on Fallbacks” and “ISDA Statement on UK FCA LIBOR Announcement”—from the International Swaps and Derivatives Association, which administers the market for interest rate derivatives.
